The Blood Bank has taken initiative to support 19 Thalessemic children by formation of Sahayog Trust

Sahayog Trust has adopted 19 Thalessemic children and the children are given Free Blood + Transfusion Service + Disposibles since last 4 years
Sahayog trust also supports education in the field of Allied Health Sciences.
It has the permission to conduct PGDMLT with MSBTE: Maharashtra State Board of Tech Education.
It also conducts DMLT + B.Sc. MLT along with Healthcare Management courses in MBA Healthcare services, which are recognized by UGC-Govt. of India – Human Resource Development, All India University.
The Blood Bank is the member of SBTC State Board, Transfusion council and volunteered help during the 26/11. Mumbai Bomb Blast
The Blood Bank has conducted an All Maharashtra Seminar on Newer Trends in Transfusion services where 30 Blood banks of Maharashtra Participated. The chair person was Dr. Sanjay Jadhav (Director of MSBTC and Guest speaker was Mr. Salunke, Joint commissioner FDA, Thane, Maharashtra. Certificates were awarded to all participants and Blood Bank Technician.
